Absolutely. We support both private customers and professionals (architects, interior designers). Our multilingual team is at your disposal to advise you. Whatever the size or nature of your project, we put our manufacturer's expertise at your service.
All our products are made one by one, by hand, the opposite of anonymous industrial series. The use of natural materials and mineral pigments creates subtle nuances and slight irregularities that are the very nature of our coverings.
WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE?
We operate 5 specialised production units in northern Morocco, where we manufacture traditional Zellige, patterned tiles in Cement and Granito, a high-performance mineral Terrazzo (ESTEZZA®), natural Terracotta (TERRA®), as well as thin concrete slabs and bespoke Terrazzo furniture.
For urgent projects, we keep a wide stock immediately available (delivery within approximately 2 weeks in Europe). Customised or made-to-measure orders require a production lead time of 4 to 8 weeks depending on the material, plus transport time. For the same product type, prices are similar between stock and made to order.
All our coverings are suitable for indoor installation, on floor as well as on walls. Your choice will depend on your aesthetic criteria and the technical constraints of your space.

Note on Zellige for floors: Zellige tiles have been used traditionally on floors across the Mediterranean. They give a unique character combining rustic and modern appearances. Install without leaving gaps beneath the tile; leave a small gap between tiles for movement and use flexible grout. The irregular finish and small size naturally improve slip resistance, though like any surface they are more slippery when wet.The watertightness of a bathroom floor or shower wall depends on the preparation of the substrate, as any tile can let water through the joints. The floor and walls of the shower must be waterproofed prior to tile installation. The difference between products lies in ease of maintenance and porosity.

Installing tiled coverings over underfloor heating involves key points: expansion joints, thermal conductivity, thermal inertia and correct installation. Use only adhesives and grouting mortars specifically formulated for underfloor heating (flexible/deformable). Maintain a minimum grout joint of at least 3 mm between tiles to absorb movement and expansion. Small-format tiles are less affected by floor movements than large slabs laid without joints.
Performance by material: Terrazzo, Granito and Cement transmit heat efficiently and have high thermal inertia. TERRA® has medium efficiency and medium-high thermal inertia. Zellige can be used with underfloor heating but may transfer heat less efficiently than other materials.
Outdoor use exposes materials to freeze/thaw cycles and UV exposure. Frost risk comes from trapped water under poorly laid tiles or in porous tiles. UV can fade certain colours, particularly blues and greens in cement-based products.

Additional detail: Cement, Granito and Estezza can be used outdoors when installed correctly with no air gaps beneath the tiles. Zellige is suitable in warm stable climates and not recommended in frost-prone areas. TERRA® is suitable in non-frost areas and performs well in hot climates. Fully sealed TERRA tiles can improve frost resistance, but installation and maintenance must be evaluated case by case.Zellige is glazed and naturally insensitive to stains. For Terrazzo, Cement, Granito and TERRA, two staining types must be considered: chemical attack and grease or pigment stains linked to porosity. A water- and oil-repellent sealer reduces porosity and provides protection. Regular maintenance with pH-neutral soap and wax builds a durable protective patina. Only clean with pH-neutral soap.

Our cement, marble and clay tiles are inert mineral products and do not spontaneously crack. Cracks reflect shock or external tensions, usually due to poor installation, significant temperature changes with humidity, or subfloor movement. Hairline cracks in cement-based products can be aesthetic only and are considered an inherent characteristic, not a defect. Always inspect tiles before installation and follow installation guidelines.
Zellige is not certified for culinary use or approved for surfaces in contact with food. We do not recommend using Zellige on kitchen countertops or any other surface with food contact.

CUSTOMISATION
Our minimum order quantities are intentionally accessible, ranging from 3 to 8 m² depending on the product. This flexibility is possible because tiles, slabs and decorations are made to order in our workshops. To find out the exact minimum for a specific reference, check the product page or contact our customer service team.
Made-to-order products are offered at the same price as stock items, since their production costs are identical. Customisation is at the heart of our craft and does not involve any extra cost for our customers.
All our product pages feature a dedicated simulator to configure your patterns and colours and visualise your customised tile in a 3D environment. This tool lets you get the price of your creation immediately and confirm your order directly online.
Our workshops hold many moulds and models not shown on the product pages. We also produce original designs for creators as well as replicas of antique tiles. For any specific request, send your sketches and photos to our customer service team, who will assess the feasibility of your project.
We offer a complete branding service for your company. This may include the development of an exclusive colour, incorporation of a brass logo into Terrazzo, creation of a brand on a Zellige mural, or a precise drawing in cement, Granito or Terrazzo products. Contact our customer service and technical teams to discuss your project.
SAMPLES & ORDERS
Although the images on our web pages are as realistic as possible, visual rendering depends on the type and configuration of your screen. We recommend ordering samples from the online shop or visiting one of our showrooms. Our products also show natural variability from tile to tile and within the same reference.
Colour and material samples can be ordered from our online samples shop and are delivered by courier (DHL or equivalent). You can also choose them in person at one of our showrooms. Larger full-size sample tiles can be requested from factory stock or made to order (additional cost may apply).
Go to the page of the product you are interested in, choose a stock model or configure your custom product. A precise quote including transport costs is calculated automatically at checkout. You can also contact our customer service team for personalised support.
Mosaic Factory can support you with layout simulations to estimate your needs. However, final quantities remain the sole responsibility of the buyer or installer, who must validate on-site measurements before placing the order.
Factory stock is generally ready to ship within 1 to 4 working days (some Terrazzo batches may require 1 week). Production lead times are typically: Cement 4-5 weeks, Granito 4-5 weeks, Estezza 4-5 weeks, Zellige 4-6 weeks, and TERRA® 6-8 weeks. Transport to Europe from factory departure in Morocco takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Lead times are indicative and may vary for large or special orders.
Stock orders and production orders up to £1,000 are payable in full at order confirmation. For production orders above £1,000, a first payment of 50% may be accepted on request, with the remaining balance due before shipping from the factory. All orders must be fully paid before leaving the factory.
Returns and refunds are available on factory stock tiles only and must be requested in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns and refunds do not apply to made-to-order, customised or bespoke products. Full details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
Standard products (stock): consumers have a 14-day right to cancel, according to applicable regulations. Customised products: the right to cancel does not apply to made-to-measure products. Modifications or cancellations of customised orders are only possible if production has not started in our workshops.
DELIVERY
Since 2002 we have been shipping our products worldwide. We use road transport for Europe, and sea freight or air freight for the rest of the world. Our dedicated logistics teams coordinate these international shipments.
You can collect your orders by your own means. Two options are available: Ex Works pickup at our production units in Morocco, or pickup of customs-cleared goods at our logistics warehouse in Seville, Spain.
In Europe, customs-cleared orders transported by truck are delivered to the pavement at a location accessible to a 12-tonne delivery lorry with tailgate and manual pallet trolley. Customers must flag any access restrictions in advance. We do not organise pallet unpacking or transfer of boxes to upper floors. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and must be scheduled promptly once the transport company contacts the client.
Stock and production orders are shipped directly from our factory in Morocco, via Spain, to the destination address. Our showrooms are exhibition spaces and cannot store orders or accept customer deliveries.
Any anomaly on receipt (damaged pallet, damaged boxes, missing products) must be noted on the delivery slip. Claims must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs.
